on a rural lane leading to the lovely village of Milford-on-Sea in Hampshire,
noted as the “last sea side village” on the south coast. Briantcroft
is ideal for both the beach (15mins) where you can take advantage of the
dramatic views of the Isle of Wight and across the bay to Bournemouth and
Isle of Purbeck. The New Forest is right on the doorstep whilst the bustling
town of Lymington, with its yachting centre, provides frequent links to
the Isle of Wight.
Milford on Sea provides all you need in a small village; a bank, post
office a number of pubs and restaurants serving food and local shops
offering a range of new forest produce.

Briantcroft itself has many interesting arts & crafts
features, being built for the personal use of the renowned local architect
Mr Ravenscroft, who endowed the property with a series of stained glass
windows depicting his own coat of arms and family’s professions.
